Now you have scanned your market and identified the kind of customers you intend to serve you must specify the following:-

  1. List all the features of your product and services.
  2. Identifying the advantages of these.
  3. The benefits offered to each group of customers.
  4. Where will you be positioned in regard to quality/price?
  5. Consider how easy it will be to serve the customers in each group.
  6. Identify your Unique Selling Point. What stands you out from the crowd? What is your niche?
